Convention location close to the station, very clean. WiFi, however, was not that good. But it did not influence overall good impression of the hotel.

Good location and access to transport

It's quite a walk from the station. Check-in is from 4 o'clock. It's a shame that early check-in is not possible even if an additional fee is charged. The building was really big.

Regarding customer service, he was indifferent, both good and bad. I thought the free udon service was great, but I would have liked to have had more even if I had to pay!

室内照明が壁に着いていたが、できれば天井に着いている方が見やすかった。

フロントのサービスが良くて、朝食も美味しかったです。機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。

很好的酒店

The hotel itself is fine and location is good. But the walls are paper-thin. I could hear what the neighbours was talking about. And the internet is sooo slow.

Good staff!

I think the location is good. However, the reception space is the breakfast venue, so there are chairs and tables, so you have to avoid them while walking. I was surprised because this was my first time seeing such a cramped reception, even though it wasn't in a prime location in the city center where land costs were high. Also, there is only one elevator, so the wait for the elevator is extremely long. I couldn't believe it was a Toyoko Inn (I don't know much about Toyoko Inn, but I had a better impression of it than other business hotel brands), and the facilities were poor. The response from the front staff was also not good enough. . .

It's not close to the station, so it's a bit inconvenient for those walking. Also, the breakfast venue is in the lobby in front of the front desk, and there is not a separate eating space and there are few seats, so you will have to take it back to your room and eat it. Even if you can sit down, your meal will be mixed with people checking out and people lining up for breakfast.
