Fantastic capsule hotel experience, very clean with towels and shower necessities provided. Roof top eating area gets a great breeze at night, and you can grab a book right off the shelf to read in bed. I also received ¥100 off ticket of my order from the cafe on the first floor!

Good spot

Amazing location though I believed I walked 1km from Shibuya Crossing. That said , friendly and helpful staff and great place to meet people all over the world. The coffee is great at the cafe next to reception.

Location is perfect! People are pretty quiet and well behaved compared to other hotels I stayed. There's a locker in front of your bed (under the book shelf) but it's not big enough to store most people's luggage. The AC is not strong enough, there isn't any service at all besides checking in. But it's still in the top 3 of the 7 hostels I stayed in this trip.

It was very clean and the location is good. There is also a coffee shop to use.

First time staying at a capsule hotel. Comfortable and cosy. Must try at least once! But only thing is that sometimes in the nooon, might not have hot water when the weather is so cold. :/

Already been here once service is great the cafe is cool and is great place to hangout in the heart of shibuya 10/10 (for a capsule hotel)

The beds, toilets and showers were very clean. However, I could not sleep well as the room was too hot in winter. Woke up sweating a few times and had difficulty falling asleep again. The slightly noisy fan did not help. There is no place to have a meal indoors, altho the roof terrace is great when it isn't raining. Coffee shop is too pricey so I didn't try it. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Guests should try not to talk in the dormitory after 10pm.

It’s a nice capsule hotel. Location is amazing, facilities are good but it’s a little bit noisy. I was taking a nap in the afternoon and the maids that clean the room came in really loud talking so much and woke me up.

The location is convenient, and there is more space than the same type of hotel I stayed in before. There are more places to move around in your own bed and nearby places and to pick up your luggage. It feels comfortable and is a good choice.
