The staff was so warm, welcoming, well mannered and could not have helped us better!! The included breakfast was delicious, my 13 year boy certainly loved it! We loved staying there and can't wait to come back with the rest of my family!

Overall, it was good. The food was quite basic, but it was fine for free. The rooms and the public bath were very clean.

It is located within walking distance of Ochanomizu, Jimbocho, and even Akihabara if you are a good runner. There are many restaurants around the hotel, so it is very convenient. The hotel itself gives the impression of a textbook Japanese-style inn. The room itself is small, but everything you need is provided, and because it is small, you can reach everything, so it is actually quite convenient. The large public bath in the basement is not a hot spring, but the men's bath has a sauna and is quite satisfying. Breakfast is free, and the menu is excellent. I will definitely return.

About 10 minutes walk from the nearest station. The facility was clean and most of the customer service was good. Foreigners didn't seem to come.

The price is very reasonable for two persons. This comes with a substantial Japanese breakfast: juice, miso soup, rice, seasoned vegetables, nutto, nori, egg done according to your choice, and coffee. The tatami room is just the right size with very comfortable pillow and futons. The public bath feels like onsen even though it’s tap water. The ryokan is in Jimbocho, a good place for browsing Japanese bookshops.

We stayed for three nights during the Christmas period, and the hotel staff's actions and resourcefulness were all wonderful, allowing us to spend a comfortable time without any inconvenience. Also, I think this hotel has the warmth and consideration of a traditional Japanese inn that you won't find in other hotels. The front desk was very helpful and polite when we had questions or concerns. Above all, the breakfast was delicious, and the large public bath was the perfect temperature and comfortable, making it a place we would like to use again. Thank you very much.
