We had the best experience here! From the moment we walked in we here escorted by a friendly staff through to the check-in area. Walking through the elegant foyer of restaurants, the hotel even has an indoor Japanese garden with Koi fishes and a stunning Waterfall! We had such a big traditional Japanese room with its own spa and steam room too! The Executive lounge was beautiful with incredible food, breakfast, tea, pre-dinner canapés and cocktail hour. Not to mention the exceptional service. Highly Recommend, will definitely be back.

We have 3 dinners in hotel during birthday. However, no greeting or gesture from any of the hotel restaurant. It is really a very poor experience. I celebrate a lot of birthday at Ritz Carlton and Peninsula hotels, they provided good greeting. I walked a long way before someone pushed the cart out (because the front desk is not at the entrance of the hotel, it is far away). When I left, no one cared.
