Nice service and hygiene. For the location, there is a convenience store nearby and 3 minutes distance from the railway. Overall, it was a great hotel.

The room was not big, but definetly enough for 1 person. The room was clean, the aircon was cold enough. The Hotel location might hard to find at first, but you can easily find this hotel if you are close enough to the bridge. There was a place called Tokyo City Air Terminal , which was close to Hotel, you can easily go to Narita or Haneda Airport by bus. It only takes about 1 hour from Airport to this hotel. This was rather convinient compare to transfer to alot of location and takes alot of time and effort. There aren't many restaurant that open 24 nearby, but they do have few suppermarket that open 24 and it was pretty close. This Hotel's location weren't in a busy area, you won't find the street crowded, the location was pretty quiet, it feels great even straying around. This was one of if not the best Hotel Staying experience I had in Tokyo area. The price they charge and the location and convinient, there was nothing i can complain about.

The staff were so kind and friendly! It was a bit of a walk to the station and not really close to anything interesting, but if you want a peaceful residential area, this is it. It was nice to come back to at the end of the day.

Fuss free hotel with all essentials. Good water heating, free wifi and umbrellas to borrow. Nearby a train station with easy transit to popular areas such as shibuya.

Nice little corner room with windows on the street. The price was discounted so it is a good deal. The only critique is the the carpet side of the room is so heavily stained that it makes it look disgusting… what is the manager waiting for to get that 6 square meters carpet changed??? That’s killing the reputation of this hotel and the quality of stay for travelers!

This was my first experience traveling in Japan, and staying at S-Peria-Inn made the whole experience all the more enjoyable. Though our room was tiny, it was nicely designed, organized, modern, and very clean. It had all you’d need for a simple hotel space and more. On top of that, the inn’s workers were beyond polite, very courteous, and always friendly. Would highly recommend this inn to travelers coming to Japan. Bonus points for being right next to a Lawson convenience store! We made near-nightly runs for all sorts of goodies during our stay. 10/10!

Love the ambience & the hotel. Nearby convenience store & MRT. The toilet is perfect, the bed is good too! Just the wifi could be better.
