I personally think this is a very ok single room hotel. The free breakfast is very refreshing. The room size is very good for this price. The suitcase can be opened. The bathroom is very clean and has a bathtub. All toiletries are available and changed every day. There is also a hair dryer, and the hygiene is done every day. The location is very close to the subway station. The only problem is that the air conditioning is so-so, the air outlet is small and noisy. During the National Day, the weather on the top floor is very good, so you can just open the window, which is very comfortable.

When asked to book taxi to nearby bus to Narita airport, counter staff simply refused. He claimed it’s too near. I’d think this is unacceptably rude. I ended up walked for good 15 mins to the main road n hopped on taxi to destination.

I was able to stay here relatively cheaply, even though hotel prices in Tokyo are soaring. The facilities are old, but it's fine if you're just staying there for a night.
