Very good.

Very quiet place  Close to aeon department store And shinagawa seaside station

Great location and clean room. Aeon is nearby and many food & convenient stores is around.

We liked the location and interior. Simple and traditional. But they just have green tea as complimentary goods. No coffee or even sugar. And for the baggage delivery service, you have to bring your baggages to their other brand 😅 but the staffs are approachable and friendly.

Location is good, based on previous hotels that we stayed in Tokyo the room size is really pretty good, the reception is not nice with good furniture or sofa, if you need to wait for check in is not comfortable, have no place for seat.

clean and nice . Enjoyable stay

Hearton was conveniently located, Aeon mall just opposite the mall. Train station was opposite the hotel too. Only downside is that Rinkai line is expensive.

Great location, in Shinagawa, near an AEON and could watch seaside view from the room. There is a subway station right in front of the hotel. It is quite neat, facilities including air conditioner are great. It is super perfect for solo traveller, however, it may be a little bit small for couple or more travellers in a room (it is quite full if two or three suitcase are opened in the room), i will definitely choose this hotel again next time i visit tokyo!.

The hotel offers excellent service and is conveniently located, with a subway station right outside the hotel. There are also many delicious izakayas nearby. The front desk staff is proficient in English, and there's even a young staff who can speak a little bit of Chinese, which is adorable. I will definitely come back to stay here if I visit Japan.

Great place to stay.

The hotel is located opposite the station and is very close to Shibuya and Shinjuku. However, although the number of stations is small, the fare is slightly expensive. The hotel is very clean, small but comfortable. After playing in the evening, you can go to Aeon opposite to buy daily necessities or snacks. It is open until 11PM, which is very convenient. The only small drawback is that it is a little far from Narita Airport, but very close to Haneda Airport. I will stay here again next time I come to Tokyo.

The location is excellent, you can get to any place, the hotel is near the metro. The hotel is clean, they change linen and towels every day.

The hotel is opposite Shinagawa Station on the Rinkai Line subway. There are also AEON, drugstores, a bunch of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Haneda Airport by direct bus. The transportation is extremely convenient. The facilities are complete and the hotel has super fast internet speed. It is a hotel with super cost-effectiveness in Tokyo.

It is located just a short walk from Shinagawa Seaside Station Exit A. There is no convenience store near the hotel, but there is a Family Mart and Lawson within walking distance. There is a sufficient variety of amenities at the front desk, and you can take as much as you need to your room. There is a toothbrush in the room. The room is fairly spacious, and the visible area is clean. I noticed that the corners of the ceiling in the bathroom and the corners of the room were a bit... but it is not a new hotel, so I think it is not too bad. From around 8am in the morning, I could hear the cleaning staff from the hallway...I was awake so it was fine, but if you want to sleep in, it might wake you up. Just before 10am, I heard what sounded like a vacuum cleaner hitting the walls and door, and when I opened the door, there was a linen cart and a staff member right in front of me. I had not put on the "do not disturb" sign because I was planning to check out, but if I had put it on, it might have been a little quieter.
