Definitely overpriced hotel. I booked a room for 2 people, but the there were only a pair of towels, room slippers, and room wear. The towels were just one for face and another one for after bath. There definitely should be 2 pairs of towels for both night and morning because I booked the room for 2. Besides that, the quilt had holes on it, and plumages were coming out of it. The pillow covers and the bed itself had a lot of pills, which was uncomfortable. It was very overpriced for the poor service.

The location of the hotel is convenient and the facilities are clean and hygienic.

Hotel is within 5mins walk away from subway! Many eatery nearby too! The stations ended late for this station compare to other stations hence good for late night shopping at donki

Stayed in a double room on the 11th floor of the hotel. I was upgraded from a single room due to the hotel bookings. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the exit of the Osaki station and is easily accessible. There are some restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The hotel itself is a bit old and some of the furnishings a outdated, especially the console next to the bed contains buttons for a radio that do not work and the desk contains a telephone port for the Internet that is not used. There is no ethernet port, only WiFi that is a bit slow at peak hours. The bed is somewhat comfortable but it could be better. The bathroom contains a bathtub and seems to be newly renovated. I could hear some noise from the room next door, but not too noisy. Overall, for the price this is a good choice and I would recommend it.

The location is directly accessible by an overpass from JR Osaki Station. It is very convenient to go to Shibuya and Ginza by car. In addition, this hotel is not worth the price. The room cannot open large suitcases and all the decorations are very old. , unable to adjust the air conditioner, resulting in hot and cold meals, WIFI is very poor, mobile phone network reception is very poor, the carpet has a sticky feel, the bed is very low and there are unknown stains or bloodstains inside the quilt, this is what I am returning I just discovered it when I checked in. I stayed there alone as a woman. The access from Shinagawa Station and from Osaki Station to the hotel were perfect. Because it was located almost within the station town, I didn't have to worry about travel time to the supermarket or restaurants, so it was very comfortable.

I stayed here with a friend for a two-day, one-night trip. The hotel was close to JR Osaki Station and there was a Lawson nearby, so it was very convenient. We also took an overnight bus and used the bus that departed from the Osaki Station bus terminal, so on the second day we left our luggage there and played until the evening, then came to the hotel to pick up our luggage and immediately got on the overnight bus.
