Under construction and noisy. Scaffolding is up so get ready for renovation noise starting march 2025 to June 2025

Amazing location, the room is bigger than other hotels in the same area. Got tea bag and skincare samples in the lobby, great for value!

Overall experience average.
Room size small but location is central.
Breakfast basic & limited seats & very short duration. Some guests even need to pack & eat elsewhere.
Checkin time is late but checkout time is very early.
No room cleaning below 4 days but they do provide replacement towels daily.

Location is good and room is bjg. Food is around the area 24 hours so anytime hungry there will be food .only thing is it a bit far from the JR train station

Quite nice. Although the hotel is far from Shinjuku station, the access to metro station Higashi Shinjuku is around the corner.

The hotel was good, in a good location, and it was super comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful! however the room was not as clean as I had thought it would be and it smelled a bit like smoke despite me booking a “non smoking” room :(
