Location is extremely good. Near the Shinagawa station and lots of restaurants nearby. Room is clean but facilities are a bit outdated.

The hotel opposite of shinagawa station - yamanote line, direct station to haneda and natita airport. Surrounded by shopping outlets, food court and bowling alley

NEGATIVES -poor air conditioning. Outside is 29c and your room feels like an oven. The hotel controls your temperature even though you have a thermostat in your room. -loud noises from the a/c can’t sleep at night -your “City view” is blocked by other buildings in front of you even though you paid for the promised “City view”. NO TOKYO TOWER -Beware hotel food, even though is obvious it is NOT delicious at all. POSITIVES -Staff is very kind and helpful -24/7 Convenience store in the hotel -Various gift shops -Superb Shinagawa Station location just 2 minutes walking distance. -Delicious ramen shop outside the hotel.

Our first time stay here but we really liked our stay! -service : Hotel stuffs are all nice and friendly and trying to be helpful! -room: it’s quite small but I like that there are one work desk and another small desk which was very convenient as we are 2 of us. Lovely view from our room with Mount Fuji view in the morning if weather is well. -location: very good location, it’s just by the Shinagawa station and about 5mins walk. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around so no need to go to other place to eat! And many good food around! We will come back again!

Had a great time in Tokyo and stayed at Shinagawa Prince Hotel due to its location to NEX and was easy to navigate. Rooms were standard for Tokyo sizing and basic amenities all there. Rooms were comfortable and clean after long days outside, thank you!

Location is good very big train station and there are so many restaurants

A great hotel within 5 minutes walking distance from the train station. I stayed at the Annex Tower, which took a little longer to get to, and has a different reception. Staff though were friendly. The room is a bit dated, but has all the key things and is clean. There also a convenient store downstairs and various amenities throughout the hotel. Would recommend.

no comb, shaver, ...essentials provided. one male staff when i arrived on 2nd sept asking to check in early was very rude to me. He is just not interested in his job. Just didnt ask me what i wanted and kept doing his own typing. He talked without any interest to serve.

This Annex Tower- Shinagawa Prince Hotel, is, to me, a very modernized hotel. It is amid many excellent entertainment complexes- Cinema, Bowling, many kinds of restaurants, including a convenient store 7-11, etc. At the ground floor also has a duty free shop, ideally for oversea travelers. The whole complex is just opposite to Shinagawa Station. It is very convenient to get out of the place to anywhere in Tokyo, including Haneda and Narita Airports. The hotel facility has also excellent fitness center. My hotel room is considered of a good space, not too tight and not too large. It is quiet and dark when all curtains are closed. One not-so-good impression, is here. Despite of non-smoking room, I can smell some cigarette smoke. It could be from a new set of blankets because I did not have this smell every day thorough my stays of five days.

The room is clean enough and the size is fair enough for the price. The location is very convenient as it is close to Shinagawa Station.

Perfect location in Shinagawa and traffic is very convenient connecting from Haneda International Airport to Shinagawa Prince Hotel. Nice hospitality during staying . Highly recommended.

No room service. After late meetings survived on 711 food. No coffee in the rooms. Choice of hot beverages was limited to green tea only. Adapter in the room was a good addition but it did not work too well.
