Homewood Suites by Hilton Toledo Downtown

The location and view were great, amenities were fine. However our room was really poorly maintained and hardly cleaned. There was trash left from the last occupants in the living room, and used towels left under the vanity in the bathroom. It also reeked of smoke. Glad we were only there one night - won’t be back.

We have stayed here a couple different times and will only stay here. Staff is always so nice and friendly.

Great customer service, very clean, beautiful views, AC was out (maintenance time) which it was a rare time of year to need it but it was so nice out, our beautiful view of windows brought in the sun and made it a little uncomfortable before checkout. We still enjoyed every minute. Hotel allowed an early/late check in/out which was such a blessing.

Hillary at front desk was super nice.

We visited because our son wrestled at Novice States at Glass City Center. We absolutely loved the room, service was excellent, breakfast was delicious and hot. We will visit and stay with your hotel again. Thank you!

Pricey with extra fees and taxes. Rooms are nice, but beds are hard, the pull out bed is terrible, very thin mattress. They should provide extra sheets and blankets. It does have a convenient location.

This hotel was AWFUL. The customer service was rude and barely helpful. We had to switch rooms two times due to cleanliness (blood on the walls and a bloody soaked towel, USB ports missing from room (ripped out of where they were). When we told the front desk her reply was "This is why we can have nice things." We did not even receive an apology.

This day was absolutely wonderful. From the time I pulled into the drive Valley parking was nice customer service wonderful bar tender The best.The view was just awesome. I had a very nice time. It was very, very clean.
