O atendimento dos recepcionistas do período da noite é horrível, completa falta de profissionalismo. Dao o quarto errado, sobem para verificar um quarto novo disponível mas não levam uma nova chave e na hora de buscar a chave nova ainda querem discutir que o erro do quarto não foi deles

Pontos positivos: Instalações e limpeza.Pontos negativos: wi-fi ruim (nao conectava no quarto), alguns canais da TV com ruído alto, estacionamento descoberto. Serviços: só havia 1 toalha de banho , ao entrar no quarto cartão magnetico nao funcionou (erro da recepção), quarto "mais silencioso" não era tão silencioso, foi no primeiro andar e perto da piscina.

Atendimento muito bom, pessoal da recepção nota 10. Quartos grandes e confortáveis, Cama grande e muito boa, banheiro com agua quente e forte no chuveiro. Internet gratuita e rápida, cafe da manha com ótima opção de Buffet e boa localização.

O hotel aparece como um quatro estrelas, mas é muito fraquinho, de bom mesmo só a simpatia da atendente do café, elevadores sujos, portas barulhentas, cheiro de cigarro nos corredores, toalhas e lençóis bem ruinzinhos, não indico, falta profissionalismo no atendimento.
