It was amazing! The receptionist was very kind and we had a beautiful view of the city of Toledo from our room.

Compared to the price, the cost-effectiveness was very poor, and it is a small restaurant, so you can not eat comfortably, and the facilities are old...

Restaurant was not open. No room service available. Gym equipment broken and/or unusable. Views were great.

Great place to stay in Toledo. What made it special was the friendly staff, fast check in, and the bus that stops in front of the hotel that takes you to the center of town.

Thalía was very courteous and informative during our check in.

Good: the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Nice view from the room; quiet; good parking. Not good: towels were not clean - found someone’s hair in one of them; the floor was super dirty; the toilet seat kept moving when you sat on it; the bathroom looked like it had seen better days. Definitely not a four star hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our 2 nights here. The room was clean but the patio needed a good brush. The prices for the mini bar and hotel bar were very competitive, unlike many hotels! Perhaps reception could volunteer information about bus times (the stop is right outside the hotel). It is a good 35 minutes walk into the old town so the bus is needed on hot days.

Tired property. Mild around shower screen and around bath. Felt unclean. If we had booked for more than one night we would have moved to another hotel.

This property while not close to town is a short taxi ride away. Great staff, service and breakfast was the best we’ve had so far this trip. Highly recommend.

I have a perfect stay at this hotel. The staff and service was great. The third view from my room was marvellous and breathtakingly beautiful. Thank you.

Very nice hotel with lovely views of Toledo. Excellent air con in the rooms. Only wish would be for coffee to be available at times other than breakfast. Thank you
