Nice hotel with kind staff. Restaurant downstairs was simple and nice food.

This hotel is at the foot of Toledo Mountain, about a 10-minute walk from the ancient city elevator. No need to drag suitcases uphill, the room size is OK. Very satisfied

Very good hotel with good facilities and a very complete breakfast

停車不便。離老城步行有點遠，可坐公交車。

Good location with easy access to escalators to the town centre.Modern room with terrace and large bathroom.Staff very efficient with underground parking which is excellent at the temperature was 36 degrees.Breakfast was a very good selection with the usual continental and hot food.

Modern hotel with a good location close to bus termini and the escalators that provide access to the old town. Check in was perfunctory and efficient with smiles and chats reserved for their French speaking coach tour clients. I made a reasonable complaint when checking out regarding the hotel room. The complaint was followed up in writing to the hotel and the booking company. I haven't even received an acknowledgement never mind an apology . The booking company tell me the hotel has failed to engage with them either. This is not a cheap hotel, its a 3* and higher standards would have been expected, particularly regarding room maintenance. Perhaps had the complaint been made in French it would be acted upon.

Stayed 3 nights on a Leger Holidays tour. Room was ok. Had a safe (but it wasn't secured to the wall which makes it a bit pointless really) Mini bar/Fridge and hairdryer. Free air con that packed up on our last morning. Good spread at breakfast and although the restaurant gets crowded there is also an overflow room. The bad points: 1/. The cafe style bar area isn't really big enough for the size of the hotel, although there is a large lounge area adjacent to the Reception desk and entrance I always feel you lose a bit of atmosphere in these such areas. 2/. We couldn't get cold water out of the basin mixer tap or the shower. It was hot water or nothing. 3/. There was an Iron available on request but there appeared to be only one. So if a guest held onto it you had to go without.

I am not a guest at the hotel. This hotel is in a very inconvenient location outside Toledo. It is located in the university area. It was a very hot day (93 degrees fareheit). My husband and I got lost a bit and tried to find our bearing around the area by looking at the map. We saw the hotel next to us. Instead of looking at the map in open air under a hot day, we decided to walk into the hotel lobby to get some cool air while reviewing the map. To our surprise, an angry looking young black hair lady came to us in a very rude tone and asked us if we had a reservation. We told her that we did and we were not guests at the hotel but just want to get our things together. She was outrageous and raised her fingers pointing at us and spoke to us with a Spanish accent 'It is not possible for you to sit here if you are not a guest in a hotel'. She then asked us to leave and she returned to the reception area and started gossiping in Spanish This behavior of her was totally unexpected and unnecessary. It is not a type of normal customer service you would expect from a hotel. I would strongly urge the hotel management to look into the company policy and how their staff is treating potential customers and the public. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone if you have a choice.

Second stay here, the last was in 2017, great improvement to the fabric of the building especially the rooms. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the car park was spacious by Spanish standards and a good deal at €10 per day. Our room was large, could have had more storage, we had a large balcony, and a good sized bathroom, albeit with an impractical square sink. Good small bars around for breakfast, and easy access to the city via the escalators.

The on site parking ($10) secured was a huge bonus (don't try to take a large car down there). The hotel is close to the old town (which is up a big hill) but there are two different sets of escalators going up. Very odd to see like 10 different moving stairs to get you up a hill.. these were well used by the locals certainly. Room was nice, clean and modern, close to the town but not "in it" meaning no tight streets to squeeze down. I found this refreshing - after a week of driving "too small" roads to hit the circle off the highway turn right and park ... ride the escalator and you re where you want to be. All in all a pleasant experience and I would def stay here again if in Toledo.

We stayed 2 nights in a quadruple, 2 adults and 2 children. The room was huge. The bathroom is also quite good, although the shower was flush with the floor and the water came out and you had to be careful not to "waterlog" the floor. I had Netflix available on TV, very useful for entertaining the little ones while you get dressed or pack your bags. The decoration and facilities are very well cared for, since the hotel was renovated a few years ago. The beds are comfortable. The only downside is that the hotel's central heating was always very high and the room felt hot even when the room heater and the bathroom radiator were turned off. Cleaning and service correct and without any problems. We have stayed with breakfast included and despite it being a small buffet, it had everything and varied. The cafeteria also has dishes, tapas and salads so you can have dinner or lunch separately at a good price. Highly recommended, for example if you don't want to leave the hotel for dinner. The hotel is located almost at the foot of one of the escalators that go up to the center of Toledo, and next to a couple of public parking lots, so it is ideal whether you are traveling by car or not.

Since our arrival everything has been great!! The reception works like a 10!! and the rest of the services equal or better… the best place to visit the city! I repeat for sure... the summary is that they have treated us like a movie... the rooms are spacious, beautiful and super clean
