The staff at check-in and check-out were kind and friendly. The breakfast at the restaurant was simple with bread and coffee, but the croissants were delicious!

The room was clean and I was satisfied with the water pressure of the shower and the strength of the hair dryer. I think this is a recommended hotel when staying while sightseeing in Toledo. Also, there are restaurants and shops nearby, so it's very convenient.

This hotel made our stay in Toledo. The personal touch from staff, quality of linens, towels and toiletries, the aircon! Spotlessly clean, the bar/restaurant….Everything was amazing. If we ever return to Toledo, it will be to this hotel.

Very Clean Hotel - Room almost inside the bar My room was ok, furniture was good, bath was very clean, the only thing was the location of the room: The entry door of the room was located directly next to the bar they have. I mean like two meters. The was was very dark too, situated in the basement, with wooden shutters. Opening meant that all kind of folks could look right into you room This did not give me any kind of feeling in terms of privacy Brakfast was ok, very spanish

Such a warm welcome on arrival. The bedroom was perfect we had an amazing bed with beautiful linen and pillows so comfy. The bar and restaurant were suberb and all the staff were great. The location was so central that we could nip in and out of the hotel when we wanted. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Positives: Everything: warm welcome from someone passionate about Toledo; luxurious room (open via an app or tap card)... spacious, fantastic bed and linen; fridge (no mini bar but a Carrefour directly opposite); luxurious bathroom with extra amenities:- vanity kit to shower cap...under floor heating, split system and a plug in heater...rooms are built around an inner courtyard and there's a lovely bar/restaurant on site... it is better than the photos! One of the best hotels i have stayed in during my frequent visits to Spain. Everything is walkable if you are fit enough...including from the train station if you have a back pack luggage. Just steps from the main square... very reasonable prices for the quality. I loved this hotel. By the way...the name translates to The Saddlery Inn. This hotel is deserving of slightly more than most 4* hotels. Negatives: my room only had an inner courtyard view. You might want to request an external view if that is important to you.

disgusting hotel where there is deception at every turn. The booking site indicated that there is air conditioning, but in fact it turned out that there was a floor cooling system that was not able to cool the room and it was 27 degrees at night. We refused to stay, but we were not refunded for the days we did not stay. A terrible feeling of deception and a ruined weekend.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, beautifully preserved, yet with modern comforts. The staff are incredibly helpful and the price is fair in relation to what you receive. Special kudos to the front of house staff, who answered all of our questions, and persevered with my broken Spanish. The location is also amazing, literally 15 seconds off the main square. We will definitely return.

It is 11:30 an a Monday night and I can still hear the workers in the restaurant closing up. The room is on the first floor overlooking the atrium and the restaurant. Although the room is very pretty, I would not stay in it again. I would ask for a room on the the highest floor to avoid this loud disturbance. Also, the bathroom smells like cat urine. We finally Located the source…it was coming from the drain in the sink. The staff were wonderful and the decor was very pretty. The cappuccino was delicious. If you stay, make sure to request a room on the highest floor (4th floor) to hopefully avoid these two issues. FYI - we stayed in room 14.

This hotel has been open only six or seven months and you can tell because of the new, clean scent. The staff are incredibly helpful! The owner of the hotel made appearances with everyone periodically, checking to be sure everybody was happy. You could almost order anything you wanted for €10 at breakfast. And it’s interesting that the heat for the room and the air conditioner for the room comes from the floor. If you can avoid driving here, do, because the streets are narrow, cobblestone, uphill and winding a lot. I didn’t see any place to park near the hotel, but it’s in a terrific location, near lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel has a garden courtyard. It’s because of the staff that I would return, although I say that and it means nothing against also how great the rooms were.

Stayed one night. Wish we could have stayed longer. Modern, comfortable hotel build in a home from the 1600s. Knowledgeable, helpful and multilingual staff. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed room. A great value just a few steps off Plaza de Zocodover.

Small and well sited hotel, the staff were kind and nice. It is clean and well decorated at least in public spaces. Rooms are ok, modern , simple but without the expected (and nice) personality of Toledo style. However, it has enought shortcomings that make the stance less confortable as expected: - Shower hot water didn´t arrived to the room (2nd floor). I was forced to take my shower mwith cold/mid water. - No air conditioner in the rooms. You can use , in case , a fan. I can imagine , with the high temperatures Spain has soffered last summer, it was so unconfortable to sleep there. - Heat has a top o 23 degrees. They leave in the room a heat additional conditioner because the cold weather of Toleda I guess make difficult to keep the room at confortable temperature. - Breaskfas it ok. Correct - I took my dinner at the restaurant, but it was not just cooked (reheated). So poor level of food. Last but not least, they announce they have parking in the hotel which is not correct: they have an agreement with of price with a parking near to the hotel (5 mins up walking). With lugagges ... quite unconfortable. I understand that the situation of the building make it impossible. However, it must be announced at the moment of the reservation and not few hours before of the arrival,
