陶里亞蒂的酒店規模一般都比較小，這家酒店還算不錯，出差定的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，大堂乾淨，前台服務人員態度很好，地理位置不錯，下次還會繼續選擇這家酒店

陶里亞蒂，巧克力酒店，乾淨整潔，前台很熱情，手機沒話費了，給他們現金，幫我充了話費，早餐也挺豐富的，房間乾淨整潔，咖啡，茶，水，糖都有，唯一缺點沒有電題，其他都挺好

Отель находится в Автозаводском районе, поэтому, если командировка на ВАЗ, то очень удобно, находится рядом. Отель неплохой, кроме слышимости. Завтрак хороший, разнообразный. Есть ужины за дополнительную плату. Мне не понравились.

В отеле «Шоколад» в грубой форме администратор Лилия отказала в заселении, высказывая расистское отношение к гражданину США. То, сначала не видела бронь, то мест не оказалось по ошибке, а потом вдруг появились…Мы в ужасе от Тольятти и такого сервиса! Вы где персонал берете? Ужас. Все документы были в наличии и в порядке, законодательно она никак не смогла обосновать отказ, связываться с руководством отказалась. Вела себя очень нагло и откровенно хамила, считая что ей всё дозволено.Пришлось экстренно искать другой отель самим, благополучно заселили в другом отеле.

В целом, все неплохо, кроме одного, Потрясающая слышимость, вы всегда будете знать какой канал смотрят ваши соседи,как они храпят, когда пошли мыться и в туалет. Так что если едите позаботьтесь о выбор номера без соседей.
