No one speaks English. Breakfast and dinner are all ordered in advance, and the menu is not followed. There is no elevator, and the room does not even provide bottled water. It is the worst hotel experience out there.

Гостиница полностью соответствует ее описанию на сайте. Очень быстрое и приятное оформление на рецепшене. Особая благодарность администратору Оксане - все рассказала, объяснила как и куда доехать, распечатала достопримечательности, вызвала такси. Сама гостиница очень чистая, светлая комната, со всем необходимым для гостей. Чистое постельное белье, не застиранное. Удобные матрацы. Обедали в ресторане при гостинице, очень вкусные обеды по очень приемлемой цене. Спасибо огромное персоналу и хозяину гостиницы.

Самая ужасная гостиница Тольятти, сам директор гостиницы относится просто отвратительно ,не рекомендую , лучше снять квартиру посуточно чем в этой забегаловке , ресторан ужасный , старческий , мебель старая
