Staff was super friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had lots of options. Good location.

The Gal at desk was outstanding she was so accomadating she was older with short hair , she went above and beyond to give us some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! Our room was clean and comfortable. Pool was fantastic ! Heated and easy to get into.

The room and the hotel were clean and there was ample parking. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was really good (I was on the 3rd floor). Breakfast was good, loved that they had a waffle maker!

The hotel was fine, the room was fine. The problem I had was a dog barking for hours, when I was trying to sleep. I wasn’t told that my room was near the rooms that allow pets. I would have thought a manager would have walked around the hotel and they would have hear the barking.

My friend chose this hotel because we were going to the KISS concert in Crandon and at the time of booking was the closest hotel she could come up with. On our way to Crandon, we stopped in just to tell the front desk we wouldn't be arriving until the wee hours of the morning & we wanted to make sure they wouldn't give our room away. The girl at the desk was apologetic that our room was not ready for us, even though it was obviously too early to check in, and she assured us our room would be waiting for us when we returned. When we arrived around 2am, everything was as promised. Front desk staffed 24 hours. The entire hotel has been recently renovated and looked brand new. Full breakfast served in the morning. Friendly, outgoing staff. I would highly recommend this hotel whenever traveling through the area.

This hotel was clearly recently purchased and is being refurbished. The service was excellent and the guest room (third floor) was clearly recently refurbished; bed was comfy. The improvements are so new that they were not yet completed on our stay: Hotel sign still said "Super 8", the glass was missing to the windows to the exercise room, there was an old-fashioned candy dispenser (put in a quarter and turn the dial type) that was empty in the hallway, the luggage carts are pretty old and beaten up. But hang in there, because I think the hotel will continue to improve.

I periodically travel to Tomahawk. This place is clean and seem to be upgrading every visit. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There is a fantastic, family-style diner 2 minutes away that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Given the brand, I expected a pleasing shower arrangement but found a neglected bathroom, chips, dirt and overall, an unpleasant experience. To call the breakfast good, would-be s stretch. It was a mere functional task to provide the breakfast. Construction was ongoing which left an unpleasant appearance.

Newly remodeled/clean rooms. Nice sitting area outside to relax after riding all day. Good location to gas stations and restaurants. The hot tub and pool were very nice and the breakfast was good including sausage and eggs.
