I used a plan twin room with breakfast alone. The building is old and the damage to the facilities is undeniable, but the cleaning was well done and it was wider, brighter and more relaxed than staying at a business hotel. I thought it was a happy service that breakfast was served with service. I don't know if the front desk staff is busy with the phone response, but I thanked and gestured with my left hand while calling. I arrived on the way back to the stone stone and thought I would never come to this hotel again. At the end, I was able to travel to Gunma.

It is very convenient near the station. Go straight from the deck on the second floor of Takasaki Station and go down the end to reach the front entrance, so I arrived without hesitation. The hotel itself, like other word of mouth, the walls are thin and the noise of other rooms can be heard, but I couldn't hear anything like TV or voice. The facilities are old, but I didn't really care because it was clean. However, it was a pity that the air conditioner was controlled by the center and the temperature could not be adjusted.

The location is good and they are friendly. The sound of the wind may be annoying to some people. Still, I think the one in front of the station is the best and they provide simple bread and coffee in the morning.

Very close to Maebashi Station, the hotel itself is very satisfying overall. Especially the baths (hot spring, open-air, sauna) were very nice. There is also a sense of cleanliness. There was also a free late night snack. I didn't use it this time. . .　 The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The toilet and bath (shower room) are also separate. If I ever go to Maebashi, I would definitely use it again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this brand new hotel. Although it has been open for a couple of months, they have kept everything spotless. The lobby with open fire is beautiful and a comfortable area to have a drink and relax. The room itself was also incredibly clean and everything worked well including the WiFi. The hanten jackets were in the colours of the Ukranian flag which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, as was the restaurant in the evening. The public bath was a nice place to soak after dinner. Service was good although it's clear the team was new and still training - I am sure this will change in time. Small criticim is there was no room service menu in the room. This was fine as it was on the TV but navigating to the menu needed Japanese skills. The architecture and general design is fantastic, as are the fittings and the carpets are just beautiful - same as all new IHG properties I think.

We were told there was a large public bath, but in reality there was only a washing area with three seats and a bathtub that couldn't fit five people, which was quite disappointing. That's fine, but I think it's a big no-no to have the ”large public bath” sign on the sign. For that price, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms are fantastic, so it's a shame. We were there before a golf trip, so we were only staying overnight and don't know about meals, but I would recommend it to others if they were staying there.

It is in front of Isesaki station, but there are almost no convenience stores or restaurants nearby that can be used at night. Amenities are only necessary at the front desk. The room and bath were simple but beautiful. There is a large communal bath, but it is not so big, so it may be crowded depending on the day of the week or the time of day.
