I enjoyed my stay in R9 yard hotel, a small place like container but i did not expect when I enter inside the room. More spacious than I expected and the things are modern. Highly recommended!

Get off the high speed, run the general road for a while and arrive after 8:30 at night. Parking is large and there was still vacant. Room is non-smoking twin on the 1 floor. When you open the door of the room, there is a smell of sewage and mold. But it was installed and I didn't care if I had the air cleaner operated. 2 sofas on the spread table. Big TV. The water swirl was very clean and functional. Breakfast was a buffet. I went after checking the vacancy because I can see the congestion situation on the monitor in the room. There were many types than other route inns I usually go, and there were several handmade side dishes, which was very good. Coffee was rare and regular and delicious. The price is cheap and satisfactory. I would like to use it again if I have a chance.

I have used it several times. I like the large public bath. Although the bath is small, it feels clean, and the open-air bath is also comfortable. I took a bath in the evening and morning, and I was very satisfied. There was a washroom separate from the bathroom in the room. It was also nice to be able to brush my teeth and put on makeup in a relaxed manner.

I used a plan twin room with breakfast alone. The building is old and the damage to the facilities is undeniable, but the cleaning was well done and it was wider, brighter and more relaxed than staying at a business hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at this brand new hotel. Although it has been open for a couple of months, they have kept everything spotless. The lobby with open fire is beautiful and a comfortable area to have a drink and relax. The room itself was also incredibly clean and everything worked well including the WiFi. The hanten jackets were in the colours of the Ukranian flag which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, as was the restaurant in the evening. The public bath was a nice place to soak after dinner. Service was good although it's clear the team was new and still training - I am sure this will change in time. Small criticim is there was no room service menu in the room. This was fine as it was on the TV but navigating to the menu needed Japanese skills. The architecture and general design is fantastic, as are the fittings and the carpets are just beautiful - same as all new IHG properties I think.

The room was clean and I was able to spend it comfortably. There was a partition door between the bedroom and the washbasin / bath (feeling like a corridor), and there was a sense of security. Amenity shampoos were also highly evaluated among the general hotel amenities, and my hair was not stiff, which was impressive! There is no cleaning in the amenities, and the part where the face washing is used as hand soap is negative. The kettle in the room is also broken, and the button must be manually pressed until it boils, so it is negative. The large communal bath is neither good nor bad. Because it is in front of the station, the scenery cannot be seen at a glance, but the hot hot springs that enter while bathing in the outside wind were pleasant. Ice service after bath is also ◎. This price may be reasonable from the price and location, but the walls and doors were thin, and the sounds and voices of the corridors and the next room were heard, and it felt noisy at night. Because I went with my child, the child struggled hard to sleep easily with noise. As a general comment, if I went nearby again, I might stay at the same price or less, but it was a hotel that I couldn't say that I would definitely visit again. I stayed at other dome inn, but other dome was more comfortable...
