Maidstone (A26/Wateringbury)

The hotel is in a convenient location with great access to town and motorway. The staff was very professional yet friendly and catered to all my requests. The room was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The mattress was extremely comfortable and I didn't want to leave the bed in the morning.

Excellent service, excellent room, friendly staff. The only disappointment was the regulation that if you check in before 15.00, you get charged £10. Very money grubbing and is, frankly, uncalled for. If the room is ready, it’s ready and Premier Inn is not inconvenienced by an arrival 20 minutes early: pure greed.

Hotel was nice for the price. We stayed for few days. Receptionist is really helpful, if we had any trouble they always sort it as soon as possible. Comfortable beds and clean room. Aswell area is clean and tidy and always available parking spaces what I love. Thank you.

Very good experience. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the Maidstone and Seven oaks area. The staff was polite and we've had everything we needed for a good stay. The room was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend, will definetly visit again.

I’m extremely pleased with my experience. The room was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I could ask for, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, being not only polite but also very accommodating and helpful with any requests I had. Their friendly attitude truly made a difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay and appreciated the attention to detail in both the service and the room's cleanliness. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We stayed at the hotel on Saturday and the shower and toilet facilities were very poor. The showers water pressure was terrible dribbling from the shower head so an uncomfortable shower. Also the toilet once flushed took forever to be able to flush it again I can only imagine because of the poor water pressure in the room.

arrived at 1458 for a 1500 check-in and the member of staff that eventually arrived at the desk could not be more ready to be as rude as possible and passive aggressive about it. I've never seen anything like it. she did a whole performance of an embellished, over emphasized look at her watch and then a huff and a huge grumpy look at me without so much as saying 'hello.' I made the deadly mistake of asking "is something wrong?" Both standard and "upgrade" wi-fi did not work at all. Hallways absolutely stunk of something nasty. No AC in the building. Just an ineffectual, token desk fan. People were smoking IN, not near or outside but IN a fire exit and nobody did a thing about it the whole weekend. No member of staff is there to help or to be polite. At all. The desk is never manned. It is at a state of absolute bare minimum running order.

The staff was very friendly,we have been received by Silvia who was very nice and made sure we have everything we needed in our room .The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable,we had a great night sleep.We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel ,will definitely repeat 👍

Only one towel in the room. 2 tea bags with a couple of off milks. Bed sheets looked like they'd already been slept in. Bathroom smelt .breakfast was a joke. Limit availability due to broken fridge. Minimal choice for continental breakfast, not even any jam. Booked a table for evening meal with family but cancelled it when we looked at the menu if you could call it that. Poor choice with rip off prices.For £109 b&b for 1 night in a poor budget hotel is a joke. Never again
