Premier Inn Maidstone (West Malling) hotel

Comfortable as usual with all Premier Inns, and which we’ve been using for the last 30 odd years, the West Malling hotel just lacked the air-conditioning.

I cannot fault our stay here. The bed is the most comfortable we've ever slept in, including our mattress at home! Every member of staff was sincerely friendly and helpful and our room exceptionally clean. Coming from another country it's hard to trust reviews etc when booking accommodation. My husband and I can definitely recommend Premier Inn here though. We would have no hesitation in booking here again. The restaurant next door we cannot fault either. Splitting hairs, there is no cool air conditioning in the rooms but thankfully there was a desk fan. There is also no mini fridge which would have been handy to keep health juices and fruit in. We bought an esky (cool box). I would still happily stay there again.

Very helpful staff. Carlie printed lots of pictures for children to colour. Presentation of everything was great. Tea and coffee on requested when needed. Lots of smiles all round. Close to amenities ie. Tesco superstore. Motorways to London and the coast.

Amazing stay, carly was very helpful, helped me with bedding and sorted me out a phone charger when I left mine at home. Even brought an ironing board to my room, 5* service. Would stay again definitely. Me and my husband were very impressed with staff and service

Had a lovely sleep and lovely staff member was very kind and helpful, her name was Carlie. Very bubbly and outgoing down to earth staff member made us laugh and made the stay so welcoming. Thankyou Towels aren’t very soft or big though please make these better quality

Lovely hotel and brilliant customer service, Victoria was very nice and helpful and made our stay excellent. The food included in our stay was lovely, and the restaurant staff were very helpful aswell. Our room was cleaned each day for us and we felt at home by staff

While the location suited our needs and the breakfast was amazing as expected, we were disappointed about the extremely damp and musky smell in Room 28. I mentioned this to reception and was told that they had not had any other complaints and they would see what they could do about it. As we all know you cannot just get rid of damp and the associated smell in a short space of time! The rest of the establishment might be amazing, but that was my only experience on which I can comment.

Great stay, comfy beds. Brilliant location and what made it even better was a staff member that couldn't do more for us. I think her name was cally or carly, she was amazing and went above and beyond. Great personality for working with public, a credit to you all.

Can I just thank carol for going above and beyond. What a wonderful woman! We need more people like Carol in the world. Would definitely return.
