很久沒有體驗到這麼差的賓館體驗服務了。一個小縣城的小鎮上的賓館大床房收費170，體驗到的服務卻是幾十元的。首先住宿環境陳舊，靠窗的窗口關不嚴實，有安全隱患。其次，空調設施陳舊，取暖效果很差，房間根本暖不起來，跟前台説就是第二天找老闆解決，想要換房間答案就是其他房間都一樣。那麼請問大冬天夜間温度僅有零度的天氣的酒店房間，基本的取暖設備的正常運行都不能保障的話，那你酒店的存在意義在哪裡。最後，因為本人落了一副眼鏡在賓館，希望酒店工作人員能幫忙寄送。酒店工作人員答應但是在寄快遞的時候要求本人自己叫快遞，這就算了，自己叫上門的順豐快遞需要核實寄件人的身份訊息提供身份證，前台人員拒絕提供不給行方便，最後還是快遞小哥以自己的名義寄送快遞。那我就想問下既然是提供酒店服務的，不僅基本的酒店住宿服務無法正常提供，甚至連正常人之間順手幫忙都不願意，那麼我就祝貴酒店日後的生意能越做越好不會被市場淘汰！！！從來沒給酒店賓館寫過差評，這次真的忍不了了，最後寄快遞環節是壓死駱駝身上的最過後一根稻草，以後再也不會住，寧願在桐城市區找一家賓館，距離遠點還不用受氣！！！
