服務態度差，很不耐煩的樣子，前台沒有一點前台的樣子，辦理入住還抽着煙，房間衞生不乾淨，毛巾浴巾發黃，洗髮水沐浴露都沒有衹有空瓶子，廁所門也是壞的😓😓體驗感很差，訂單有免費升級房型，過去詢問前台，前台説升級不了

初二入住，沒早餐，換成提供一瓶牛奶和一個麪包，雖然理解，但是實際上是不等值交換，也就忍而不説什麼。酒店的被子臟、舊、薄，不舒服。空調的聲音很大，睡不好。沒有一次性拖鞋。房間較小。應急燈關不了，睡眠時亮亮的，衹能用書遮擋。整體上房間都舊，不值這個價。
