酒店工作人員服務很差，問題受理到一半到了下班點了，直接下班走人，要我們有什麼問題去北院解決，且酒店有個別保安素質也非常差。酒店衞生差，設施陳舊。開完房需要手提行李爬樓梯爬到二樓才能到坐電梯。

景區裏自然環境不錯，酒店在山林裏，難免有蜘蛛和一些小蟲子，整體還是不錯的。適合帶長者和小孩一起去住個1-2天。
