極差！1，房間有缺陷卻未在入住時跟我説。2，半夜樓下KTV低音炮影響睡眠，酒店無法解決，最後是報警解決，折騰了一個半小時。3，房間黴味，與號稱的星級不太匹配。房間缺陷：登記入住時，沒有告訴我房間的問題，我發現衞生間淋浴房的門缺一片時，跟前台電話説前台説她新來的不知道，等了許久才來一個人説淋浴房的門還沒有送來。KTV擾民：酒店顯然經常接到此類投訴，十二點我在前台投訴時，前台直接電話給某人説十二點了，但並沒有用，後來一個人跟我説ktv聲音關小了，我回房間聽着依然很嚴重，衹好下樓再找前台，但這次前台遲遲不出麪，我衹好報警解決。報警打電話隔十分鐘打一次，終於三十分鐘後到達現場，説是臨時有其他事耽誤了，警察跟KTV交涉後説關了低音炮，同時説到一點也要停止營業了，我衹能呵呵。酒店至今未跟我道歉。這一晚上真是印象深刻，教訓慘重。

這家四星級酒店，房間寬敞明亮，裝修豪華又不失温馨。床品超級舒服，讓我一覺睡到大天亮。浴室裏的設施也很齊全，洗漱用品都是高品質的，用起來特別放心。
還有啊，他們的服務也是一流的。從前台到客房服務，每個人都面帶微笑，態度超級好。特別是那個客房服務員，把房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，盡然還做了夜床服務，真是太貼心了！

入住的時候看見大堂非常大，也蠻乾淨整潔，空調開放，對於夏天來説，非常舒適，還有一個，前台妹子漂亮，賞心悦目。哈哈哈哈😄，就喜歡看漂亮的小姐姐而且也温温柔柔的，很耐心，講解早餐在哪，房間空調模式調節。非常開心，銅鼓的空氣質量一流👍👍👍

酒店環境還是不錯的，最滿意的是設施設備，房間裏有晾衣架 很方便，很多酒店是沒有的，這點想得很周全，體驗感很不錯，早餐也挺豐富的，推薦湯粉好吃，服務態度也挺好的，總體還説還不錯呢👍
