I came to Tonghua on a business trip this time. I chose Lijing Jianguo Hotel because I saw a lot of good reviews online. She was very skilled in computer operation. She also patiently introduced me to the hotel's restaurants and swimming pools. I encountered some dissatisfaction when I checked into the room, but the manager on duty listened carefully, put himself in the customer's shoes, and immediately upgraded my room for me. When I checked out the next day, Liu Enchen at the front desk enthusiastically asked me about my stay at the hotel. She was a little surprised that she also knew about the problems I had when I first checked in. She also asked me kindly whether I had a good rest and whether the room was warm. Again I feel that the hotel attaches great importance to every customer. Everyone is very welcoming. The room is also large. There is a bathtub but it is useless. From the room, you can directly see a highway intersection and a community.
