在攜程訂過幾十次酒店了，這是體驗最差的一次。第一，我搜尋的是提供免費停車的酒店，結果晚上10點多來了，車沒地方停，最後停在收費停車位。第二，房間連一次性拖鞋都沒有，後來跟前台要才給送上來。這個時候服務態度還行。
第三，老媽覺得房間冷想開個空調，結果空調全都用不了，不工作。前台説現在就是用不了，也不知道為什麼。（一直挨凍）
第四，早上被電鑽的聲音吵醒了，錄了視頻大家可以聽聽。換誰到目前為止都有點兒火了吧。於是跟客服説明瞭情況。客服出的解決方案是訂單取消，房費單獨收我80，我覺得符合態度還算是解決問題的態度。也就沒多説。結果當我第二天早上退房的時候，來了40多歲的**，張口閉口説我無理取鬧，雞蛋裡挑骨頭。於是吵了起來。還沒有理由拒絕退按金。再來説説攜程的處理結果。平台根據雙方的陳述，最終退了我住店的錢，然後派地方人員去他店裡核實情況，給他們店鋪做評星降級處理。至此，終於讓這個**男長了次記性。多學學人家怎麼做服務的吧，別長個腦袋就知道抵賴。

看了小紅書推薦訂的這家，結果大失所望！真的太差了。酒店附近特別難免費停車，衹能去收費停車場，房間是個loft，樓梯又窄又陡，床不是標準的雙人床，小就不説了，床墊子凹陷，彈簧都硌人跟快塌了似的。隔音還特別差，大半夜凌晨1點被不知道是隔壁還是樓上，上樓梯的腳步聲吵醒。聲音巨大。沙發看着就特別臟，空調口被灰塵堵的滿滿的，水杯上全是水垢，衞生狀況可見一斑。旅行20天民宿和酒店都住過，對酒店要求並不高，這家酒店是性價比最低最差的，很少寫評價這次真是忍不住寫差評。避雷避雷！
