除去衹能到12樓的觀光電梯，這麼高的樓衹有兩部電梯，早高峯去餐廳或下到一樓都要等好幾輪，幾次都走到12樓去坐觀光電梯。房間很大，裝修也不錯。前台人員服務意識需要加強，大過年沒有笑臉相迎，兩次辦理入住，都遇到這邊辦了一半又推到另一前台辦理，更有一次又給推了回來，簡直無語，前台差評。
