在這家酒店住了兩次了，第一次我摔跤摔得很嚴重，這次我家人又摔跤了。
熱水器送檢太小，供水嚴重不足。
一個人還沒洗完澡就已經是涼水了，然後等了一個多小時熱水器始終亮紅燈。
打電話給前台，床頭座機是壞的，也沒有標註前台總機號碼是多少。用自己的手機通過網上查酒店前台電話，打了好幾次都無人接聽。
空調風機噪音太大了，晚上睡覺一點不誇張的説，跟拖拉機沒區別。
總體感覺這裏的服務以及設施太差了！

1、已投訴12345，且協調無果。回覆後才知道這是商住兩用，僅僅11-19樓是他們的，連酒店都稱不上的公寓？民宿？所以行政機構無法監管。
2、圖上是換過一次的房，仍然一塌糊塗。具體看圖吧。
