very pleasant experience, staff can speak english at the reception and the room was very good, clean and warm. very close to the train station, definitely recommended. it's not close to the old town close to the river but it's 10~15 minutes by taxi.

The hotel is close to the railway station which is convenient for travelers. Hotel is quite old but overall it’s good.

The receptionist at the front desk was unprofessional. When checking in, the guest was standing at the front desk while she was still talking and laughing with the people next to her. The room is quite large with a sofa and dining table. The decoration is old and still in the style of 10 years ago. The shower head in the bathroom is very small, which may have accumulated scale over time. The bathroom floor is very slippery and there is no anti-slip mat. When I went for breakfast around 9 o'clock, there was nothing left and no refills were made. The location of the hotel is very good, next to the train station, and the room is not very cost-effective.

The room has no odor, is fully equipped, and the bed sheets and quilt covers are very clean. The only shortcoming may be the bathroom, where the faucet is relatively old. Overall, it is great and meets the basic requirements of a four-star hotel.

It is 70 kilometers away from Fanjing Mountain Scenic Area, which is a relatively convenient place for transportation.

The hotel is very shabby. It is close to the train station and bus terminal, but it has no other advantages! The price is still a little higher than the surrounding ones. It is recommended that those who travel can choose a local B&B with unique characteristics! Don't choose this hotel! The paper towels used in the bathroom are also sticky, and the towels are extremely old!

The service attitude of the hotel staff is average, the facilities are average, there is no hot water for showering, I called the front desk, but they ignored me. I let the water run for half an hour and it was only a little bit warm, close to cold water. A staff member came to check and said that's it. The most basic service of the hotel needs to be improved

Overall, I feel pretty good! I feel uncomfortable with the hotel's deposit, which shows distrust and disrespect for guests. If guests damage the room, the platform will manage it.

It's really outrageous. Don't stay in this hotel just for convenience. Come and stay with your family. Even if the bathroom has no door, forget about the old decoration. The shower room only has half a door! The only advantage is that it is close to the train station. Wouldn't it be better for more than 200 people to live somewhere else?
