In terms of the ‘hard product’ this may be the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I was genuinely shocked at how wonderful it was and for such a low price. The outdoor swimming pool was a very welcome relief from the summer heat and humidity. Despite this, I did feel the service wasn’t to the same standard as the hotel. I had a negative experience when checking in, and with a phone call from the hotel in the following days, that, unfortunately, left a very sour taste in my mouth. I was also surprised that there was no one on the service desk of the pool and spa area to show us to the changing rooms or offer us any towels for swimming. This being said, I would stay here again in an instant and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tongren.

Good facilities in a renovated complex. Literally next to the bus terminal. Unfortunately our trip to fanjingshan could not happen because of weather. Only one washing machine and dryer though for guests.
