前台服務態度很好，挺熱情的，去的時候是淡季，人很少，但是相對來説淡季價格並不優惠，早餐也因為淡季不做自助，這個價格感覺不匹配

客房寬敞明亮，床品舒適，前台小姐姐熱情態度好，門口就有免費大巴去滑雪場，出行方便。早餐牛肉麪很nice，酒店大廳的香薰很好聞，下次還選這家酒店。

當時我定的是副樓，但是前台經理主動幫我們升級到了主樓，全部是中央空調，非常暖和，而且沒有另外加錢。不論是硬件設施還是服務態度都非常好，非常貼心，又續住了一晚，任然是副樓的價格

前台小姐姐給我們升級了房間，房間衞生乾淨，環境非常不錯，還有個陽台我們去的時候正在下雪在房間就能靜靜欣賞到美麗的雪景，酒店服務非常不錯，酒店內有餐廳吃飯方便，自助早餐不錯，酒店門口就有接駁免費巴士去滑雪場非常方便，下次再來九宮山還會選擇他家酒店。
