The rooms are large, clean, hygienic and cost-effective. The facilities are also very good, the waiters are also very good, but there is no breakfast. Business trip is a good choice.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. I didn't expect that in a small town, there is such a good hotel, from check-in to check-out; the process is very smooth. The front desk lady is very attentive and very warm; The breakfast is also very rich and varied, the room is very clean and spacious, the decoration is very new, the bed is very comfortable, I will come to their house next time.

The room was clean and tidy and comfortable, the sanitation was clean and refreshing, the front desk ladies were very friendly, and there was no breakfast on the Internet. Because it was a business trip, I needed breakfast to work. Miss sister sent the breakfast roll directly, very warm heart 👍

The rooms at Kaiyuan Hotel are simply the best! 🏨 The room is big enough to hold a party, and it is as clean as new. It is hard to bear to leave. The breakfast is so rich that it will take a whole morning to taste all the food! The service is also impeccable. The smiles of the staff seem to have healing power, which makes people feel good instantly. Coupled with the fresh air and charming smell, it is simply a five-star experience! This hotel simply meets all my needs perfectly!

The hotel was very comfortable. There were a lot of people when checking in, but the ladies were not impatient because of the crowds. They were all very careful and serious. The service was impeccable. (FF) After checking in, I went to the room. The room was also very clean and hygienic. It had all the toiletries. The children liked it very much too. It was pretty good and satisfactory. It is worth recommending!

There aren't many hotels to choose from around Tongxiang Station, so I was actually excited when I saw the word Hyatt, but it was just average after staying there. I sincerely suggest that even if there's no one to greet you at the door, at least put up a clear sign, after all, it's really annoying to carry a big suitcase around looking for the front desk.

🙌I am international guest and this is my own experience in this hotel .I would say mainly 3 things about my experience 1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣 2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤 3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤 ❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity. 😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm . he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺 ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

First of all, the hotel's location is very superior, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding environment is beautiful. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this is the ideal choice. The hotel's unique design, luxurious and elegant interior decoration, reflects high-quality service standards everywhere. The room was fully equipped and the beds were soft and comfortable, making me feel like I was in my own home at the Holiday Inn Tongxiang. I also tasted delicious food. The hotel's restaurant offers a variety of dishes, both Chinese and Western. Every dish is carefully cooked, delicious and endless. Of course, what impressed me the most was the quality of the hotel's service. From check-in to check-out, Cao Xueqing at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, providing me with meticulous care. Not only patiently answer my questions, but also take the initiative to provide me with various help and suggestions. This intimate service makes me feel the warmth of home.

As night fell, the sky was like a dark blue coat, which covered the earth. The moon is like a yellow bow tie on the ”clothes”; the stars are like the ”buttons” on the ”clothes”, adding a lot of embellishment to the dark sky. There is also an ancient town next to the hotel. It is very convenient to travel. I will choose this hotel next time.
