Wuzhen Tong'an Inn

The room's location is excellent! It's not far from the entrance of Wuzhen Xizha. Our luggage was delivered directly to the front desk. Amidst the bustling crowds of Xizha, in the hot and humid weather, our child loved it so much that we really didn't want to leave! We'll definitely come back again, and stay for a few more days next time!

The environment here is great, and it's super convenient being right inside Wuzhen Xizha. The scenery is beautiful, and the front desk even upgraded our room for free! The double Wuzhen Xizha scenic area tickets (valid for multiple entries to Xizha until 12:00 PM on the day of departure during our stay) were incredibly useful.

For our holiday trip, we chose Tong'an Hotel. Even before we set off, Xiao Shi contacted us in advance to go over our itinerary. Knowing we were traveling with a child, she thoughtfully arranged bed rails in the room beforehand, which was a huge relief for us parents and made us feel completely secure. On arrival, Xiao Shi met us directly at the Tourist Service Center, helped us with our luggage the whole way, and was incredibly warm and attentive. We felt right at home the moment we stepped off the bus. The biggest surprise of this trip to Wuzhen was how few people there were! We completely avoided the hassle of crowds, and were able to stroll leisurely around the scenic area with our child. Our photos turned out amazing, and the overall experience was fantastic. Although we happened to visit during a typhoon, the weather cooperated surprisingly well and didn't dampen our spirits. When we checked out on the second day, Xiao Shi also meticulously arranged our onward journey. We're truly grateful for her thoughtful care and attention to detail.

The room was incredibly clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Even though it's in a water town, there was no dampness at all. If you have elderly people or children, there's a shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off, which was really convenient for the kids to come back for their naps. The front desk staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. It truly lives up to the saying 'you get what you pay for' – definitely worth it!

The room facilities are a bit old, and the lighting is dim. However, staying inside the scenic area makes it convenient for sightseeing. You can use the free shuttle service within the scenic area for getting around, and there are also several restaurants with a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.

The service was excellent, and the luggage storage was really convenient. The room had a wonderful Republic of China era style and was very clean. Plus, the breakfast was delicious! 😋

Not bad, not bad, not bad, it's just a bit old. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Wuzhen. The misty, rainy Jiangnan scenery is beautiful. Wuzhen truly lives up to its reputation as the best ancient town; if you're only visiting one, make it Wuzhen.

Manager Yuan was incredibly professional and welcoming. She pre-arranged our transportation for both check-in and check-out, which was a huge help. The hotel's location and environment are also fantastic.

This stay was absolutely divine! The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and the bed is so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, just like friends. My photos on social media got so many questions! I definitely have to come back for a second visit!
