Good location and walking distance (less than 10min) to 古镇

Had a delightful stay at this hotel! The complimentary upgrade to a room with a bathtub was a pleasant surprise. Despite stairs, the staff's assistance with our luggage was greatly appreciated. The free transport to and from the bus station was a thoughtful touch. While the location is a bit distant from the scenic areas, the overall experience and value make it worthwhile.

Great hotel, great bar ( but expensive ) Clean and close to everything

A very nice inn, very close to Wuzhen West Street, with high cost performance, free room upgrade, free pick-up and drop-off service, and convenient food near the inn.

The hotel is very exotic, with rooms facing the river. Considering the presence of elderly people, the staff specially arranged a room not close to the street. There is a small bar downstairs, suitable for couples or 3-5 friends to chat and sit. It is not far from Xizha, but it takes a while to walk. You can enjoy the small scenery along the way, which is also nice.

A good value for money B&B near the scenic spot. The location is about 900 meters away from the entrance of Xizha. The bedding and sanitary facilities in the room are quite clean. The boss gave me a riverside room on the third floor. It was quite quiet. I suggest the boss redesign and decorate the entrance hall of the inn. It currently looks messy and the quality is not as good as the room's condition.

The room is great, with a big bathtub, and the bed is very comfortable. The balcony is not very easy to use. The hygiene is okay. The aunt didn't clean the tea set and mouthwash cup on the first day. The soundproofing is average, but it’s noisy when the neighbor next door goes out early in the morning! It takes 15-20 minutes to walk from Wuzhen Xizha, which is a certain distance.

The design of the roof is very artistic, the space is large, and the boss also gave me a room by the river. The night in March is still relatively cool, the air conditioning is very warm and there is no odor, the smart toilet lid is still hot, and people don't feel cold at all. The point is that there is a tavern downstairs, and the sound of the resident singer can't be heard in the B&B room at all, and the sound insulation is very good. This price is really worth it. Pick up a treasure. Moreover, from the B&B to the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area, and from the B&B to the Wuzhen Bus Station, the boss took care of taxis and taught me how to buy bus tickets. He is really nice 👍 I will stay at their house next time I come!

The cleanliness is very poor and the hotel was not cleaned thoroughly after the previous guests checked out. It's really bad. Although the room design is special, it is not clean enough. The shower gel in the bathroom was not replenished after it was used up. There were water stains on the glass door of the bathroom and I was afraid to hang clothes. The wash basin was also filthy. There was something wrong with the TV box and I couldn't see the TV all night. The remote control is also broken. The soundproofing of the room was very poor and I could hear the guests next door talking.
