they are super friendly, free upgrade to premium room with bath tub. Room is cozy and clean. The staff even treat us some local snacks when we check out. 10/10 definitely will come again !

Walking distance to both east and west scenic areas. The curtain should be changed to those that block out sunlight. There was knocking sound from the roof when the Aircon was working. Everything else is perfect.

This is the first time i stay here. It’s very amazing from check-in to check-out. When i arrived, the reception has well-arranged all the rooms. She also share with us travel route, very very kind of her. When we check-out, they prepared a gift that are Wuzhen traditional cookies for us. It’s amazing.

My boyfriend and I both love this homestay. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Even though their rooms are near the road, but their windows are very insulated so the room is very quiet. The owners extra amount to help us whenever we need help or we ask a question they really take good care of us. The towels are exceptionally clean when we are staying there. We will recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a pleasant day in Wu Zhen.

Homestay staff is very friendly, helped us with the luggage and to arrange transportation to the bus station. They also give us free gifts upon checking out. Besides they also allowed us to choose which room we preferred and allowed us to upgrade to bigger room for free. Perfect service and no complaints at all.

NUMBER ONE in Wuzhen! By far the best homestay/hotel we have stayed in for this price. So clean so beautiful. I have stayed many places but this is by far the best one.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. To our surprise, they even offered us for a free upgrade of room, which is much more spacious than the 1 that we originally booked for ! The room was clean. The hotel is quite near to the tourist spot, just few hundred meters away from 西栅and东栅. Will definitely recommend others to stay here.

Puyi is a small but lovely fresh rather homestay than hotel. Designs and cleanliness is 95% similar to advertised pictures. The location is very good, as it is close to both Dongzha and Xizha, and to the restaurants as well. Homestay owners are super friendly and supportive, can ask them for good local restaurants and other advices, just that they dont speak English much, so you may need to know a bit of Chinese or use translation app. One bonus point, they gave you local cakes as a goodbye present which is really touching.

Excellent hotel, great room, nice staff, low price, good location, and we get two bags of souvenirs from the host when checked out! They also give us a ride to the attractions

10min walk from Wuzhen 西棚. Is convienient if want side seeing outside of 西棚. Chill environment. Owner is very friendly and recommend us the nice food just behind the homestay. Free souvenir when we check out. Place is clean & bed is comfortable.

The homestay got a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, well-adapted to the town’s landscape. The host is very supportive on the first day of our arrival by giving us good recommendations and on the last day when we tried to find out the most efficient way to transport to other places. They even drove us to the bus station 💕 with a lot of care. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and hospitable host in Wuzhen. The couple checking us in upon our arrival. The host is very thoughtful and allowed us to select the option of room at ground floor and upstairs since we have old folks and kids in the group. We’re brought to check our room configuration. She gave us 3 little bags of local snacks as souvenirs upon checking out too. Highly recommended homestay at wuzhen!
