Perfect stay. Everything is great. Recomended

This hotel was a stop over for us which served its purpose. Probably wouldn’t consider for a long stay as we had no fridge in our room. Other than that, can’t fault it.

Hotel located near wuzhen. Just take around 5 minutes drive to wuzhen. The view outside hotel is very nice. A lots of restaurant and shop surrounding the hotel. All hotel staffs are very good service and polite.

Slightly older and simpler than some of the Atour hotels I've stayed in recently, but generally a very good stay. Clean, tidy and friendly service.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. Check-in was extremely quick and easy. The room was clean and organized as described on the website. The hotels location was near all the places we wanted to visit during our stay.

The hotel is near Wuzhen resort areas. You can take 5 mins Di Di or take a walk for 15 mins to Wuzhen resort area. There is a long food street there for you to choose. Although this hotel looks like a Chinese traditional building, it is very clean. Receptionists are so kind and helpful.

The New Year's surprise was great. It is my favorite Atour. The service is first-class and the hotel is beautiful and quiet. Many foreigners choose this. My mother is very happy and said that she has experienced the best hotel service staff all over the country. I think so too. I hope to stay here again when I come to Wuzhen in the future. It is not far from the scenic spot and it is very convenient to take a taxi. Opposite the hotel is Nanzha Old Street, and the scenery is also good. The hotel's facilities and equipment are very complete. The air conditioning is quite powerful. Friends who feel hot can turn off the air conditioning or open the window for ventilation. The laundry room can wash and dry clothes, which provides convenience for tourists. The hotel also has a small garden, but the weather is cold. Otherwise, it is also good to sit in the yard and drink tea and chat. The breakfast is OK, and the variety meets the choice of guests. The tofu brain is delicious. You can try the taste and adjust it yourself. The overall environment of the hotel is not bad. The architectural style of the ancient town in Jiangnan, the lobby is very beautiful and atmospheric. You can find the front desk staff for any needs during your stay, and they will patiently answer. Atour Hotel is still a good choice for travel. Don't step on the pit. The price of traveling in the off-season is very favorable. You can experience it when you go to Wuzhen.

The king-size room looked a bit small, so I paid an extra 150 RMB to book a king-size room with garden view. It said it was 45 square meters, but when I opened the room, it turned out to be a very small room. Did they include the shabby yard in the room area?

Stay overnight at the Atour Hotel on the bank of the Xiaohe River. Combined with the night lights and ancient charm, it is like the ancients' description of the river flowing and people living there... The room is of a reasonable size. There is a tea table. Sitting there to drink tea, the scenery outside the window seems to have traveled through the ancient flourishing city. There are many handsome guys here, and the service is exquisite. Due to an emergency, the night shift guy ran up and down to help solve it. The speed of handling the problem is 👍. His bed and pillow are absolutely magical. Many days of sleepiness are solved in one night. There is also a rich breakfast. Before leaving, there is a big-eyed handsome guy who gave 🈶 souvenirs and two bottles of hot water. It is so heartwarming. Atour~ must be my next choice
