The entire experience was HORRIBLE from check in to check out!!!
People were hanging out the window on the top floor when we pulled up. There was not an elevator in the building and no one to help with the luggage. We paid for a short stay days in advance, paid the deposit when arrived, and were left to carry our OUR OWN bags up 2 flights of stairs!!!
We found garbage left in the room from coffee cream to candy wrappers when we first walked in! So it obviously was not thoroughly cleaned or vacuumed!
The tub was extremely DIRTY!!
The bed linen had holes!
Both beds smelled HORRIBLY!!
We went to a store and bought our own cleaning and sanitizing items, bed linen and bath towels.
The refrigerator was dirty and the TV did not have a remote control. The front desk agent had to bring a remote from another room and program it to the TV.
The halls smelled like cigarettes during the day and ********* every night!!!
The other people in the hotel were poor and constantly trying to find ways to steal food, drinks, and money!
Both, naturally and spiritually!!!
This was one of the WORST PLACES I'VE EVER BEEN!!!!

Got the wrong room from what I booked and paid for, room had a bad smell to it, the shower leaked badly, tub was not clean. Half the light switches and outlets did not work. Highly dissatisfied

Very minimal supplies in room.No area by the sink for Wife things Bed was good .Hot tub NOT working!Door was hard to open.Just a place to stay for a night.Rate was low Lobby was clean and breakfast was adequate for the price.

Staff was rude. Staff did not let us check into the room we booked even though there was plenty of room. They only take cash for deposits even though they waved it after the receptionist was rude. They were argumentative. There was literal crap in the toilet when we got to the room!!!!! Hot tub broken! Holes in the walls. Ran down fixtures. Smells of stale smoke! Not room friendly with disabled people.
