Terme Topolsica - Hotel Vesna

Sono stato all'Hotel Vesna per una settimana ad Agosto col trattamento di mezza pensione. La camera era al 5 piano, buona anche se un po' datata. Molto buone le piscine, sia quella coperta che quella scoperta con sdraio e lettini e la sauna e la palestra. Il servizio ristorante era veramente abbondante e vario sia a colazione che a cena ed era completamente a buffet con diverse proposte. Un po' cara l'acqua (5 euro un litro) ma ci può stare essendo l'unico servizio a pagamento per la cena. Il personale è molto gentile e preparato: prova a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Spero di tornarci!

The 5-story hotel is unfortunately showing its age. In addition, two floors have been set up as a sanatorium or rehabilitation center. The vacationer was not informed of this beforehand. That is unacceptable for a hotel. The operator should decide whether to run a hotel or a rehabilitation center. The staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was sufficient and good. Unfortunately, the evening meal was the complete opposite and did not match the offer on the Internet. Some of the food was overcooked, meat was tough. Unacceptable for a hotel. The staff in the thermal baths were polite and courteous. Only the thermal baths need renovation. We would not spend another vacation here in this state.

Deceptive site: no entertainment, no themed evenings, there are no vending machines for food and drinks, they don't understand Italian, the art exhibition is disgusting. They forgot to write that it is a hospital for the elderly (2nd and 3rd floor with hospital beds), that dinner is served from 6pm to 8pm and that the food is also terrible, worse than the hospital canteen. Super cooked pasta and everything is without salt. Excellent for those who can't stay on a diet and want to fast. Unset tables, waiters who forget orders. There is still carpet on the floor, in 5 days the room has never been cleaned. We scratched ourselves all night, among all that dirt there will be free lice and crabs. The bathroom is old, dirty and without an extractor fan and constantly smells like a rotting corpse. At 8.30 the housekeepers hang on the door and knock until they wake you up and just spray deodorant and put in single-dose shampoos. This is cleanliness for them. Non-existent sauna, gym with 1 treadmill and few weights, nothing like what you see in the photos on the site. I recommend everyone to try the infusion of insects floating in orange juice. Oh and if you are used to eating sweets for breakfast, forget them. English only. Only choice, mini croissants. The fruit on offer is half rotten and if you suffer from constipation bring laxatives and suppositories in your bag because the vegetables are practically always the same: lettuce, turnips, tomatoes and onion. Terrible is an understatement, don't be fooled and especially if you have children don't bring them among so much dirt.
