Rixos Premium Bodrum

I am writing to formally express my appreciation for the exceptional experience I recently enjoyed at Rixos Premium Bodrum in Turkey. My stay was marked by several noteworthy aspects: 1) The culinary offerings were truly exceptional, boasting a diverse array of delectable options available throughout the day. 2) I had the privilege of staying in one of the newly renovated rooms, which featured modern decor and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings. 3) The private beach, a veritable gem, left a lasting impression with its stunning beauty and the added convenience of bar service facilitated through QR codes. 4) The attentive and proficient staff, proficient in English, contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my stay. 5) While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, it is worth noting that the entertainment options, particularly the availability of live music, could benefit from improvement, as the only available entertainment occurred at 9:30 PM. In summation, I am delighted with my stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum and have every intention of returning in the future. The exceptional food, the newly renovated rooms, the captivating private beach, and the attentive staff all combined to make my stay truly memorable.

I booked this holiday as a very important and potentially one of our final holidays all together due to my father in laws health. As you are aware, our entire holiday was ruined because of both my mother in laws broken hand as well as for my 5 days of hospitalisation due to something I either ate or drunk while at your hotel. The main issue of course being my mother in laws broken hand. Not only did that ruin her whole holiday in that she couldn't swim or use any of the facilities, but also just in terms of everyday life even now that she's back as she is battling to dress and perform her usual daily activities. It's clear that you understand the severity of this due to how quickly you reacted once I had provided you with photo evidence. I had explained the importance of this holiday to you and due to the above, it was totally ruined. I appreciate your gesture of 3 days to use again, however what I would like - which I feel is reasonable due to the circumstances-is either a FULL refund for the 5 of us OR for us to redo our holiday fully paid for by yourselves. I will attach the photos again. I hope we will be able to resolve this without me taking further action.

Our best holiday ever... An amazing resort in an amazing City. We stayed in a newly refurbished room which consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was absolutely brilliant. Well appointed, super comfortable and perfect for a family of 4 (second room had twin beds). Great facilities and superb food (all inclusive). Stunning beach and pool. Great gym. And the views..what can I say. Clean safe ocean and excellent beach facilites. This place doesn't come cheap but its worth every single penny. I cannot recommend it enough. Only negatives..the buggies never arrive when called (my wife was recovering from an injury) and also there is live music til 11am which can be heard across the resort)

Fantastic resort hotel, superb service. It is a high quality resort hotel. I would not be surprised if in a few years time this resort manages to build a cableway for travelling from the upper level rooms area (which are located at approximately 75-100m above the sea level) to the beach. For the time being, setting up a direct web-link for ordering a buggy trip would be helpful (similar to ordering refreshments via web-link).
