Rixos Premium Bodrum

I am writing to formally express my appreciation for the exceptional experience I recently enjoyed at Rixos Premium Bodrum in Turkey. My stay was marked by several noteworthy aspects: 1) The culinary offerings were truly exceptional, boasting a diverse array of delectable options available throughout the day. 2) I had the privilege of staying in one of the newly renovated rooms, which featured modern decor and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings. 3) The private beach, a veritable gem, left a lasting impression with its stunning beauty and the added convenience of bar service facilitated through QR codes. 4) The attentive and proficient staff, proficient in English, contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my stay. 5) While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, it is worth noting that the entertainment options, particularly the availability of live music, could benefit from improvement, as the only available entertainment occurred at 9:30 PM. In summation, I am delighted with my stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum and have every intention of returning in the future. The exceptional food, the newly renovated rooms, the captivating private beach, and the attentive staff all combined to make my stay truly memorable.
Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum

Writing this review from the hotel room at the moment. We travelled to this resort as a family of four, we were expecting high standards considering the amount we paid for this holiday, we were promised 4 à la carte restaurants, however, non of them are open at the moment. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, whilst checking in, the receptionists personal mobile rang, and he answered it while having a conversation with me, how rude is that?!? Considering how many English tourists this resort has, staff don't know basic English to help visitors. Rooms are very dirty, although the rooms looks good, and I must admit, they are good, but what's the point when the rooms are dirty? It's only been 3 nights into a 7 night holiday and we are already tired of the same food on the main restaurant...same old bland cold food... This morning, at breakfast, there was no plain white bread! Utensils are not clean, stained with dirt. During the day time, the bars don't have basics to put together a cocktail, ice cream runs out during the day... The Aircon in the room stops working on a daily basis, I have to call everyday to get it to work...this is unacceptable! candy land is very good, however, you have to pay for drinks and food there...it's not in the all inclusive package...and it's not cheap! This hotel has charged us full price for services thay they are not providing at the moment, example, à la carte, not all bars open, food running out, staff are rude and unhelpful , rooms are dirty. My advice to anyone who is looking to book a holiday is to look elsewhere. This hotel is NOT 5 star!! Maybe 3 star. From my experience this visit...I would never be coming back to this hotel ever.

The hotel has been renovated and the facility is generally nice, clean and tidy, the location and the sea are nice, the pools are sufficient. Few negative aspects: - The staff is new and inexperienced. The staff do not have any knowledge about the hotel at all. - During our stay ;the first week of August the hotel was completely full and the staff was insufficient. You may need to wait 1 hour for a hot snack.( lahmacun) - The rooms are generally nice but the sound insulation is very bad in bunglow type rooms. You can completely hear the sounds in the next room. - There is not much entertainment , there is DJ performing every night but no one really enjoys. - The main restaurant was left in darkness in the evening at dinner time during a power outage, the generator is insufficient. - The staff constantly asks for good comments about themselves to be written in google or tripadvisor, but the service received does not deserve a good comment. Insistent comment requests become unpleasant after a while. Overall hotel is ok for its price but dont keep your expectations high for here.
Duja Bodrum

Visit the Duja Bodrum - you won’t be disappointed! We encountered a few small issues whilst at hotel however the guest experience team were quickly on hand to fix - the team work hard for guest satisfaction and are on hand from 8am til midnight on what’s app or on the desk on 3rd floor. If you book a club room this is lowest category of room type -basic but have everything you need. We booked a standard and deluxe suite room in block 18 close to all amenities and had balconies with views over the bay. I was also lucky to be shown a family 2 bedroom suite - if you are a large family highly recommend upgrading to this room type it looked amazing. We booked the premium cabana during our stay - this was brilliant.. they offer gold diamond and premium cabanas on the pavillion includes waiter service all day and you are really looked after- wish we had booked it more than once .. the hotel should definitely promote this more to guests as it’s definitely a must do! Never struggled to find food in the buffet restaurant always a choice of food - as mentioned it does get busy at times so just find a time that works for you. Ate in the Italian a la carte food was fresh and of a high standard and staff very attentive. The Starbucks is a great little touch and the man who works there deserves a mention always a queue but works hard and fast to serve so be patient when waiting. As we came at end of season few restaurants had closed but didn’t cause any issue and also the entertainment low key .. live music every night maybe the odd show would have been nice for a change. Our teenage girls took part in the daily activities from darts , pool games and archery also visited the slide pool- they enjoyed their stay too. We would definitely visit again and are now looking at the Duja Didim for next year - well done to the management and team on a successful 2024 - good luck in 2025

Firstly - it’s not a hotel. It’s a hostel with upgrades. No place to swim (no such thing as a beach). Food is rubbish. Overpriced cocktails that contain close to zero alcohol. Place was built for owner and his friends only. Stray dogs everywhere (not cute puppies). Hotel is quite far from Bodrum, which means that you will waste at least 30 min to 45 min to just eat something good and by reasonable price. We booked nice room (as we thought) with sea view (there is no such thing as a sea view ‘cause of high walls of Voyage hotel right in front of you) but we was sent to room with view on construction site with stray dogs running around all day long. At night time you will not sleep because of Voyage evening events with live music and EDM-rave’s))) Summary: If you choosing the place to stay and think, that you can save couple bucks on hotel, but you will get some exp and choose where to eat – Torba it’s not place for you. Torba it’s good place if you have a car, or you do not get out from your hotel. Voyage is good actually for this purpose. If you short on money - choose something closer to Bodrum or choose another destination in general. Olüdeniz - it’s quite sweet spot. Trend Life summary: Food: 0/10 (it’s overpriced x3 from Bodrum prices and tastes bad) Place: 0/10 (roaches, fur, dirty bedsheets, mold in bathroom, low water pressure) Swimming/Pooling/Beach-life: -100/10 Cleanliness/room-service: 0/10 (they stole my pack of cigs and all bed was in dog fur :-)) Infrastructure: 5/10 (2 shops in 2min of walking, bus stop in 5 min) “Abandon all hope, ye who enter here…”
