Farther from downtown than anticipated, but that was my fault for not checking that out beforehand. Still, I used the airport shuttle to get back to the airport and from there I could get a train to downtown.

Among the many hotels near Toronto Airport, the DoubleTree by Hilton is closer to bus 52. Whether it is going east to the Lawrence West subway entrance, or going west to Toronto Pearson Airport, it is more convenient.
The lobby is bright and clean. There are two restaurants on the first floor: Starbucks and Jack Astors.

Staff was very kind and accommodating of our very late arrival after a flight delay. It was such a relief to collapse into a comfortable bed at 3 am!

I did like that it was quiet, and in close proximity to the airport. The suite was ok, nothing to brag about. I think $28/daily for parking is expensive, but not sure what the going rates are in that area. If i go back, I would look at other hotels in the area.

Friendly staff, quick and effortless check in. Comfy room and bed and a shuttle to and from the airport. Handful of restaurants beside the hotel which makes grabbing a quick dinner nice and easy. Perfect for what you need!

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. My king room was nicely decorated. It had nice shampoo, conditioner and bath gel containers in the shower and ample towels. There is a nice restaurant and a Starbucks right in the hotel. It is very close to the airport and the shuttle runs 24 hours/day and takes less than 15 minutes.
The room was cold when I arrived and though the thermostat as set to 20 it never got comfortably warm until I upped the stat to 26. The shower strength was quite reduced. I had to clean the intake screen of the hairdryer so it could work better. I would have preferred a chair to sit in rather than the chaise which took up a lot of room and wasn’t something many people would use. All told, it was an adequate room for my one-night stay but not worth the $200 I had to pay for it.
