Very high hidden fees
Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night.

Des vacances idylliques pour toute la famille
Nous avons séjourné 7 jours dans ce magnifique hôtel NEUF. Les prestations sont dignes d'un vrai 4 etoiles.
Le personnel etait au petit soin pour nous, toujours un mot gentil et toujours prêt à repondre à nos demandes: pose de rideau occultant pour la chambre de notre fils par exemple.
J'avais quelques appriori sur les dîners demi-pension à la carte. Mais l'on nous a proposé un menu différent chaque soir avec plusieurs choix. Un vrai régal, félicitation au chef.
Nous avons dormi dans de petites villa avec deu chambre , un vrai confort pour nous et notre fils de 2 ans. Peu d'animations le soir mais cela nous a bien arrangé pour le sommeil de notre fils. Nous avons aussi grandement apprécié la petite piscine pour enfant.... bref nous avons vraiment apprécié l'ambiance intimiste de l'hôtel, la qualité du mobilier et de la construction. Je recommande ++++

Camere super pulite spaziose e rifornite di ogni comfort.Cortesia disponibilità e gentilezza del personale delle camere. Colazione molto buona, buffet completo di dolce e salato, Reception, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta, anche nelle ore notturne . Hotel immerso nel verde,molto particolare la piscina.La Struttura è molto vicino al mare ci si può andare anche a piedi.Un ringraziamento al direttore sempre presente è disponibile . Siamo molto soddisfatti ,ritorneremo, assolutamente.

Ouaou un magnifique complexe, avec de très belles chambres (minibar, bouilloire, étendage, articles de toilette), mais pas de crochets et peu de rangement (chambre triple confort ). un parking, une très belle piscine, un personnel vraiment très accueillant (c'est rare dans la région, malheureusement), une navette pour Torre dell’orso lido, c'est pratique. Literie à notre convenance, ferme. Un beau balcon. Le déjeuner laisse à désirer, il y a vraiment pas grand choix, pas de fruits préparés mis à part ceux au sirop, alors qu’on est en période de pastèque, melon, figues, etc... pas grand choix en pain et les pancake sortent de l’appareil quasi crus, c'est vraiment dommage. Nous avons souper un soir au restaurant de l’hotel car étions fatigués, un menu euro 25.- dont les plats étaient vraiment bons mais les buffets salade et dessert vraiment ridicules... Si la nourriture n’est pas une priorité et que vous voulez dormir pas loin D'Otranto n’hésitez pas... Car mis à part ça, il vaut le détour.

Sono stata qui un paio di notti con la mia famiglia. Il posto è davvero bello, la piscina soprattutto stupenda ma sporca. Il fondale si sbriciola e comunque è piena di terra ai lati. Peccato! Il ristorante lo sconsiglio… noi abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione ma le pietanze non erano per niente all’altezza (al contrario di altri CDS).. in particolare si parlava di buffet di insalate ma in realtà c’era solo un tavolo con una coppa di insalata, una di mais, una di pomodori, una di cetrioli e una di olive e con un sacco di mosche sopra e le cameriere intorno che chiacchieravano invece di scacciarle. la colazione invece è abbondante e varia..ma per avere un caffè o un cappuccino bisognava attendere troppo perché l’unico cameriere deputato a farlo diciamo che si imbroglia un pochino. La posizione della struttura è comoda ma preferisco altre strutture della stessa catena. Il personale gentile e disponibile tutto.
