Terrible place with zero services. They didnt send me the code pin for doing check in so it takes 5-6 hours to enter only if you have luck to meet one of the guest that know to speak english. Trip didn't know how to get the information. thanks to the help of one of the local tenants who knows how to speak Spanish. Although I submitted two dangerous requests of Trip to get the information, I did not receive it, apparently the owner does not understand and does not know how to speak English. The building is terribly dusty because it is under renovation or maintenance, so you can't live in it for more than 5 minutes. There is no air, there is no window that works and an air conditioner that emits dust, probably due to renovations. In short, a guest house at the level of zero stars. Better language in the street in my opinio. You can see the real place in the pictures i added.

Room just enough to fit a 135 bed, wardrobe and a nightstand.
The bathroom is for the room but you have the bathroom next to it and you have to leave the room to access it. Small, but has a large shower, toilet and sink.

The property is really my second home. It is clean and well-equipped for daily living needs. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets provide delicious foods and fresh groceries. Bravo ! I will be back !
