The hotel is right in the center and even so, from the seventh floor that we had, we had views of a patio, walls and little else, the room was a bit small, the bed too, the bathroom was large, the bathroom looked new, the hotel has garages If you want to take advantage of them you have to pay €9 per night if you get the offer

Stayed 2 nights on a group tour. Had a nice big room, though fridge didn't work. Bright in the daytime, but not enough lighting when dark. Food was good with a free bottle of wine per table. Very busy, but helpful staff. Lots of shops nearby, within easy (driving) reach of Madrid centre.

Not impressed at all. This hotel has seen better days and needs a complete refurbishment. I opened the bedside drawer and the front fell off. There was a stain on my bedsheet. The dining area seats are tired and very uncomfortable. The room was huge but poorly lit and cold, so I turned up the heating and it took all night to warm up. Finally I went for a beer, sat on a chair and the arm fell off!!

Reception staff: Before getting to the hotel we needed to speak to get some advice re are booking and we were met with quite a rude lady on the reception phone. It nearly put us off booking at this point. The male reception staff, cleaning staff and bar staff were lovely. Just one not so kind person. Rooms: No frills. This is not a 4 star hotel. No tea / coffee or drink facilities. No filled mini-bar. The toiletries were cheap and not very appealing. There was no shampoo etc....there was a push shower gel dispenser in the bath. The water was hot and bathroom clean however. The bed was comfortable enough and we had a good night sleep as we were high up but the window had to be closed as the noise from the road was significant. In terms of the television - missing lots of channels, old and not really in keeping with 4 star status. I don't want to create a wasteful society but they really do need an upgrade. Wifi excellent but nothing modern like a USB charger or anything remotely helpful to the international traveller. All in all, I would not be in a rush to go back here. It was very average and certainly NOT somewhere I would recommend to friends of family and I guess that is the sign of a decent hotel.

The hotel is basic but adequate for a short stay. Staff are friendly and attentive. I didn't try the restaurant but it appeared to be again quite basic. Breakfast was very limited in variety and choice but reasonable. The area isn't great with few places to eat in the evening. The biggest issue for me was that just outside the front of the building is a pedestrian crossing which bleeps pretty much continually all day long. The air conditioning had been turned off for the season despite temperatures exceeding 25°C, which meant that I had to have the window open. The bleeping from the crossing drove me insane!! I know this is beyond the hotel's control, but just be aware of it.

Fairly new hotel, well located, with friendly receptionists, spacious rooms with amenities and complimentary water. It is located in the heart of Torrejón, with a taxi rank a minute walk away. Price quite adequate for what it offers

Hotel in the best location. We have been to go to the magical Christmas park and it couldn't be better. We have also visited Madrid and the commuter train leaves you right next door. Unbeatable room, reception staff of 10 and very very good and complete breakfast buffet. I would definitely repeat and recommend it to anyone. Torrejón a very complete town

Well located hotel, perfect for moving around Madrid later since the Renfe station is right behind. The room, which faced the road, was well soundproofed. Reception staff, very attentive and very friendly. Good breakfast buffet

For me it is one of the best hotels in Torrejón. The staff is very friendly and is always willing to help you, the breakfast is quite good. They honestly make you feel at home. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the manager to the cleaning staff.🙏

Nice hotel, average for hotels in the area. Not very far from central Madrid. Hotel equipped with all category services. Good cleanliness, both in the common areas and in the various private rooms. Spacious bedroom and bathroom (bed with massager). WiFi worked well, TV without Italian channels but it wasn't a problem. Very good breakfast, international with savory and sweet options available to customers. The hotel has a gym, small, nothing special, and a sauna. The cost is normal for hotels of this category

A super category hotel. The parking is excellent. Very well located. Huge and perfect room. We have come from traveling throughout Europe and we have seen few hotels like this. What we liked the most: THE KINDNESS AND SYMPATHY OF THE RECEPTIONIST WHO ATTENDED US TODAY. (Sunday 05/14 at 9:15 p.m.). I will edit this review after checking out.
