Superb hotel (swimming pool, room tour, etc.) Bathroom quite small but the rest is fine. The prices for hotel services are affordable. Nos asignaron la habitación N. 3 en un sobre con el nombre equivocado, cuando inicialmente nos habían asignado la N. 5 y luego la N. 1. Nos proporcionaron los códigos de entrada muy tarde y solo después de que llamamos por teléfono. Incluso nos sugirieron usar el baño de la recepción debido a los problemas en nuestro baño, que estaba roto y lleno de excrementos debido a una cisterna defectuosa. Al momento del check-out, el mismo empleado de recepción, el hombre de 36 años, nos dijo que no quería lidiar con nada, ya que estaba cansado porque no había dormido y fue directo al trabajo después de una noche de fiesta y no quería preocup**** por nosotros. Prometió procesar un reembolso, pero nunca lo hicieron. Además, después de comunicarnos con Booking, descubrimos que no tenían constancia de ningún reembolso comunicado por parte del alojamiento. The staff was extremely accommodating and let us check in 3 hours early with no extra charge! The breakfast was great and sufficient. The location of the hotel is in the center of town, about 15 minutes walk to the beach. It was also very clean, the only criticism was the defective air conditioning and that the remote control for the TV was missing, but hey, who cares about watching TV on vacation, we didn't complain about it at the reception, otherwise it would certainly have been fixed immediately been. Definitely recommend again anytime!!!

Great location in the centre of Torremolinos, good customer treatment, air conditioning, TV, super large rooms, good views of the square with bar restaurants and shops, big windows that make the room very good lighting

Spent only 1 night but was impressed how the hotel has improved since my first visit. I first stayed a few days after it opened March 2022 and then there was a lot of snagging issues. My only issue was the lack of English speaking channels on the TV.

Having never stayed at a 2 star hotel before, and nearly always going 5 star, I was expecting much worse, however this hotel was actually pretty good. The rooms may have been basic, but them, along with the rest of the hotel is very clean. Also, the staff are good, and very accommodating. The beds are not the comfiest and the Wifi is very bad however for the price and location, I think the hotel is probably a good option for many people, particularly those searching for a kosher hotel.

Very old school hotel (Bit dated) Yeah! needs a face lift. But location wise was superb. Right in the centre and just walking distance from Torremolinos Train Station. Beautiful views from the top floor overlooking the Mediterranean Ocean. The room was small and bed was awful. Staffs were very friendly. Not recommended.

Then they ask you for your credit card when you arrive from where you get charged the money from the deposit you have to be very careful that if you don't ask for it back they don't give you the money from the deposit. Then when I made the reservation on the App he wrote that breakfast costs €10 while in the hotel they ask you for €15!  As for the beds, they don't have double beds but only two beds pushed together. The floors of the rooms are a bit ruined and obviously the whole hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The location is also very nice because I have a sea view room which in theory is 25 m², it has 25 m² because the corridor from the door to the room is long
