21/06/2024 Review Just getting ready to leave our Holidays with 5 of us from Sol Principe, we had 2 rooms a double and triple, would of preferred 1 room but my children are over the age of 12 so not classed as kids for the family rooms, which is fine we got over that, so here is my true honest review, We had the best time ever, Hotel is spotless clean every inch of it, Pool areas are beautiful friendly and clean, There is a 2 kids pools and splash pool which are all covered with a sun shade amazing for families with young children, 2 big lakepools that are not very deep so also very save throughout. Then out the back of the hotel on the beach side is another pool which we call the quiet pool nice peaceful and calm out there, They also have a chair lift for people in wheelchairs to get in and out of the pool, Sunbed situation is completely fine there is plenty of beds for everybody, Yes people que at 9 o clock for beds but also people come down at 10 11 oclock still plenty of beds stacked, Also alot of thr morning people are gone by lunchtime so people wanted to sleep in and come down later there is always plenty. The rooms are fine basic but have everything you need. House cleaning staff come in Everyday to clean. Kids club is brilliant the staff are amazing and they take the kids in a shaded cool area for hour to hour and half every morning and another in the evening. Entertainment at night is very good they have a big stage with plenty of tables and chairs for everyone to sit at and no matter where you sit you can see the show, There is also a fine size arcade which is very affordable all games €1 not like other arcades being at €2, they also have laser tag in the arcade, Every staff member from house cleaning to reception are so lovely kind and friendly. We went all inclusive which works out brilliant especially when you have kids nearly everything was coveres which the expection of high premium drinks, Food from 7am to 10pm at night couldnt ask for more... The selection of food there is something for everyone including fussy eaters, There is also a kids corner with sweets slushies, chocolate fountain and make your own cones. Yes people have complained about uncooked food but these chefs are cooking for 1000s of people everyday and i can say we had no uncooked food. Location is great its not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but out the beachside door and 10mins to your right you are in the thick of thing. Or you can get a taxi to San Miguel street €6.50 your in the heart of 100s of traditional shops, bars and restaurants. Also we got a taxi to Plaza Mayor what can i say is WOW it is absolutely huge outdoor but shaded shopping centre ive never seen anything so big. My only complaint is the windows and doors of rooms are paper thin,so me being a super light sleeper it took a few days to get used to the sounds and noise but few days in once i was tried enough i sleep perfectly especially with the beds being the comfiest i have e
