Awful hotel
If you must stay because it’s cheap don’t pay for any food, the food at the buffet was COLD and only just edible. I left without trying the breakfast. I was charged 1.5 Euros for a small cup of milk so I could make some tea only to find there’s no facilities in the room to do so

I passed by in a hurry, just to transfer flights here, so I didn’t have much impression. The chocolate paste in the morning was very impressive and not delicious. It is close to the seaside, so it’s okay to see the scenery in the morning.

The hotel is located between apartment blocks and there is actually no infrastructure. There is just one bar on the beach, which is not far away. The hotel is older, which probably means that the rooms are rather large and there is a bathtub. The furnishings are not stylish and the single bed is very uncomfortable. The balcony was OK. The rooms are a bit noisy. The breakfast was mediocre. No salchichon, no chorizo, no sobrasada and of course no ham. Fully automatic probably with instant coffee, so there is no espresso. You can't miss breakfast, it is always included. I think the price of 44 euros for this 3-star hotel is high. In summer you have the beach and the pool.

I am now starting my 3rd week in the hotel. One heavy remark: The lift system is a catastrophy. I saw old people trying to get down from the 10th floor to the entry. They had to choose the stairs. Did they ever arrive? Long queus to the dining room. Food and rooms are ok, compared to three earlier November visits in different hotels in Torremolinos.

La habitación aceptable, el buffet te venden que es muy bueno , y en el puente de noviembre solo tenía abierto una sección muy pequeña donde estaba todo , comida y postre todo en 2 metros lineal , comida decepcionante, si no tienes cliente no vendas una pensión completa , decepcionado con este hotel no volvería jamás .

We arrived 23rd of October Great hotel, food good very relaxing atmosphere, I read reviews previously to flying out and I was a bit concerned, but honestly it was one of the most enjoyable holidays I have had,rooms are lovely and spacious the location is really good. Todo el personal muy atento, muy amable, desde recepción, comedor, animación, etc en especial luis y Frank nos trattaron como personas con cariño y no un simple cliente, un número. La calidad y calor humano es lo mas lindo de malaga en general y de este hotel

I never write reviews but I needed to with this hotel and I can’t wait to get home . All inclusive breakfast was a joke no coffee cups people where drinking coffee out of wine glasses. Food was always cold (microwave provided to heat up) . Cooked meats were severely undercooked (dangerously). Bar was very under stocked no wine and no vodka. For the money I paid for this hotel I expected it to be better.

La única pega que pongo es, que he de decir que me voy mañana de éste gran hotel y las vacaciones me supieron a poco a nivel general! Lo resto, todo fenomenal! Buena comida, buena estancia y mucha actividad, animación y limpieza. Gran tracto de todo el personal, muy atentos y agradables, no les falta detalle. Sois un gran equipo, muchas gracias. Volveremos!
