Cuando me dan la habitación el sanitario estaba sucio tenía escremento y estaba tapado, me cambiaron de habitación y cuando destendi la cama para acostarme me di cuenta que tenía migajas de pan, me cambiaron nuevamente de habitación y el sanitario estaba lleno de cabellos y fueron tres habitaciones en las que estuve, muy incómodo y todavía se enojaron, les pedí otra pero olía mal como a caño, en fin les pedí que lo limpiarán el sanitario de la tercera habitación y dijeron que no tenían los utensilios ni los líquidos para lavarlo, que solo hasta mañana que llegarán las camareras y solo me proporcionaron un desinfectante en aerosol, lo que quería ya era descansar, me iba a bañar y no había agua caliente, me dijeron que en la mañana temprano, muy mal servicio

Excelente, fuimos a jugar, el único detalle fue que se quedó una persona en la habitación y tratamos de comunicarnos por teléfono y no estan permitidas llamadas a las habitaciones, se me hizo raro

Excelente, lo único que no entendí es sobre: una llamada que quise hacer, a una persona que se sentía mal y se quedó en la habitación y dijieron que estaba prohibido, a pesar de que solo queríamos saber como se sentía. Es mejor quitar los teléfonos en las habitaciones
